We want every homeowner who reaches out to Tracktruck Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to send a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Tracktruck Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your concern is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that oversees pest control in California.
Email contact@tracktruck.garden and include:
We will reply by email to confirm we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
